The new budget-friendly Garrett MZ 6100 metal detection gate meets almost all security approvals and requirements that apply worldwide. This makes this detection gate also suitable for the security of airports and government buildings.
Equipped with 20 detection zones for an exact location indication
The MZ 6100 detection gate is equipped with a 20 detection zones pinpoint system for exact location of an object. There are LED lamps on both panels of the detection gate. As soon as a person walks through the detection gate carrying a metal object, such as a weapon, an alarm will sound and the security officer can easily read on the panels on which side, at what height and at what location the object is located. This makes the MZ 6100 a very accurate and time-saving system.

Equipped with 2 LED detection zones and alarm
There is an LED lamp on both panels of the detection port. As soon as a person walks through the detection gate carrying a metal object, such as a weapon, an alarm will sound and the security officer can easily read on the panels on which side the person is carrying the metal object (left or right). You can also recognize this by the pitch of the alarm, since the right side sounds a different audio tone than the left.
Easy assembly
The MZ 6100 has a modular construction which makes installation very easy. You simply mount the four components with 8 screws and 3 internal electrical connectors.
Audio and visual alarm
The Garrett MZ 6100 detection gate is equipped with both an audio alarm and a visual LED indication as soon as an object is detected.
High security control module
The control module is provided with different user levels. This means that only an authorized user can change settings such as program or sensitivity. The MZ 6100 metal detector port also features a lockable module to prevent unauthorized persons inside the detector from causing damage or tampering with cables, connectors and electronics. When an incorrect code is entered, an alarm will sound within ten seconds unless a correct code is entered within that time. You can also read how often unauthorized persons have tried to enter the program.
Synchronization
If you want to work with multiple detection ports in a room, it is important that the ports do not operate on the same frequency (channel). The Garrett MZ 6100 detection port is equipped with multiple frequencies and can therefore be easily arranged with other detection ports without one disturbing the magnetic field of the other.
Counting system
This detection gate has a counting system where you can easily read how many people have passed through the detection gate. There are four settings for counting customers.
Unique scroll bar
For quickly adjusting the value of a setting, e.g. the sensitivity.
Weather resistant
This detection gate is weatherproof and therefore also suitable for limited outdoor use. However, the detection port is not completely watertight!
* If no power outlet is available, this detection port can also function on an optionally available battery.
