The Garrett Recon-Pro AML1000 Explosives and Landmine Detector features advanced pulse induction technology and is suitable for all terrains. It has a very good search depth and the 20cm search coil allows for very accurate location of buried objects. Versatile
The Recon-Pro is versatile, very robust and waterproof up to 3 meters underwater. This makes it suitable for searching in the rain, on the waterfront, in the water and even underwater to a depth of 3 meters. It is also quite easy to perform Ground Balance ignoring disturbing ground minerals and is therefore also very suitable for searching on highly mineralized soils. In addition, it offers excellent sensitivity to small objects even in difficult ground conditions.

The round 20cm search coil provides excellent depth on very small objects and allows you to locate objects very accurately. This search coil also helps you get to places where space is limited, such as between trees and rocks.
Service
The control box is designed for easy and fast operation. The user can quickly set up the Recon-Pro and concentrate fully on locating objects such as explosives and land mines.
Sensitivity setting
Users can select a sensitivity setting to suit their search. The Recon-Pro has 7 preset sensitivity levels.
Tone identification
The Recon-Pro gives a low tone as a detection signal for most ferrous objects and a high tone for most non-ferrous objects.
RFI interference suppression
At the touch of a button, interference from RFI sources is automatically scanned and removed. This ensures optimal operation with the least possible interference during the search.
Detection signals
The built-in speaker lets you hear and the LEDs let you know if there is an object under the search coil. You can also connect headphones to the detector and have it work with or without the speaker.
Adjustable threshold / background tone
