How does payment after my order work?

What are the payment options with Klarna?

What should I do if I want to cancel my order?

I have canceled my order, how long will it take before I receive my refund?
As soon as we have processed your cancellation, you will receive the amount back within 14 days in the same way as you paid.
I have received an invoice, but the order has not yet been placed
You do not have to make the payment if you have not yet received the order. You can always contact our customer service to request an update. Delivery takes longer than expected? Please contact Klarna's Customer Service team so that they can postpone the payment due date.
