Which payment methods can I use?
Our online payments are processed through Mollie. During checkout, you will see which payment methods are available for your order. The available options may depend on your country, order value, the payment method and the payment provider's requirements.

Paying with gift vouchers or gift cards
Have you received a Detect gift voucher? You can use it towards purchases at Detect in accordance with the applicable voucher terms.
Our payment provider also supports certain gift and employee benefit card solutions, including Edenred, Monizze and Pluxee. Whether a particular card can be used depends on the type of card, its terms and the products being purchased.

Paying by bank transfer
If you prefer to transfer the amount directly from your bank account, select bank transfer when it is offered during checkout.
You will receive payment instructions for your order. Always use the correct payment reference so your transfer can be matched to your purchase.
Bank transfers may take longer to process. Your order can only proceed once payment has been confirmed.

My payment failed. What should I do?
First, check whether the amount has already been charged. If it has, or you are unsure, contact us with your order number. This helps prevent accidentally paying for the same order more than once.
Why can't I see a particular payment method?
Not every method is available for every country, product or order value. Payment providers may also apply additional conditions.
