Payment methods

The following payment options are available in our webshop:

iDEAL

(Netherlands) When you bank via the Internet at ABN AMRO, ASN Bank, ING, Rabobank, SNS Bank, Regiobank, Triodos Bank, Van Lanschot Bankier or Knab, you can safely arrange payment for your order in our online store. In the ordering process you choose the payment method iDEAL. Via the selection list you can choose the bank where you bank online. After ordering, follow the procedure that you are used to with your own internet banking.

Bank transfer
You can transfer the total amount of your order to our account, stating your order number. You will also find our bank account number on the order confirmation that you will receive from us via email shortly after your order. As soon as the payment has been credited to our account, your order will be shipped. If we have not received payment within 14 days after the order, we assume that this order must be canceled.

Paypal

Do you have a PayPal account? Then you can use it as a digital wallet. You can link various payment methods to your digital wallet. By logging in with your PayPal account you can confirm payments without sharing your financial information with us. You arrange your payment with PayPal and PayPal again with us. Easy and completely free.

How does payment after my order work?
Once your order has been confirmed, you will receive an email from Klarna with payment instructions within 2 days. You then have 14 days to pay by credit or debit card without extra costs.

Pay attention! Your Klarna invoice must always be paid. In case of return or cancellation, the invoice amount will be refunded to your account.

How is my invoice sent?
When you choose to pay after ordering, you will receive an email from Klarna with payment instructions and a payment link. Simply enter your invoice number on the payment page and follow the further instructions. Don't have your invoice number to hand? Please contact Klarna's Customer Service team.

I am being redirected to Klarna's site, is that correct?
Both Detect Metal Detectors and Klarna will not perform a credit check that has an impact on your creditworthiness. It is possible that Klarna makes a so-called 'unregistered' inquiry. However, this has no effect on your creditworthiness.

What information do I have to provide when I make a purchase?
To pay afterwards with Klarna, you only have to leave your name and address, mobile number and email address. The mobile phone number is required in case we need to contact you. All invoices will be sent to your email address. It is very important that your personal details are correct as you may not receive the payment information and you will be liable for any delayed payments and charges.

What are the payment options with Klarna?
You can pay directly at the check-out with your debit card or credit card (Visa, Mastercard or American Express. Or you can take advantage of Klarna. With this option you only pay after you have received the order, with your debit card or credit card.

How does the payment page work?

Can I postpone my expiration date?

Can I also have my order delivered to an address other than the billing address?
Yes, when you select Klarna as your payment method you can choose to have your order shipped to a different address. At check-out you will be given the option to add a different delivery address.

Has my payment been received?
After we receive your payment, Klarna will send a confirmation to the email address you provided. Isn't this the case? Please contact Klarna's Customer Service team.

What should I do if I want to cancel my order?
Please contact our customer service if you want to cancel your order.

I have canceled my order, how long will it take before I receive my refund?
As soon as we have processed your cancellation, you will receive the amount back within 14 days in the same way as you paid.

I have received an invoice, but the order has not yet been placed
