Shipping & Returns
The shipping costs for the Netherlands and Belgium are only € 5.00 per order. If you spend more than € 75.00, you pay no shipping costs, regardless of the number of items ordered. We use PostNL for fast and reliable shipping.
For shipments abroad we charge € 13.50 handling costs regardless of the number of items you order from us. Please note that shipments across the border can sometimes take longer than 2 days.
Ordered your product before 17:00? Then it is guaranteed to be shipped the same day.
For items it is indicated whether they are in stock. When you place the order on working days before 5 p.m. and pay with iDEAL, PayPal or another option, it will usually be delivered to you within 24 hours. If you choose 'prepayment by bank' as the payment method, the item will be sent immediately as soon as we have received the payment.
You will receive a message from us with which you can follow your order via Track & Trace. More than 97% of the deliveries by PostNL are delivered on the specified delivery day.
The same basic rules apply abroad as in the Netherlands, but please note that outside the Dutch border shipping can take longer.
Right of withdrawal
You have a cooling-off period of 14 days to return the product without giving any reason, starting on the day of receipt of the product. The product can only be returned unused and, if possible, in its original packaging. For the return of the order, the return costs are for your account.
We will credit the amount within 14 days. You can also use the model form.
The entrepreneur will reimburse all payments from the consumer, including any delivery costs charged by the entrepreneur for the returned product, without delay but within 14 days following the day on which the consumer notifies him of the withdrawal. Unless the entrepreneur offers to collect the product himself, he may wait with paying back until he has received the product or until the consumer demonstrates that he has returned the product, whichever is the earlier. The entrepreneur uses the same payment method that the consumer has used for reimbursement, unless the consumer agrees to a different method. The reimbursement is free of charge for the consumer.
