The Groundtech A2 combines a 3D Ground Scanner with an integrated Pulse Induction metal detector. It is designed to investigate underground anomalies, metal objects and different ground structures and to analyse the resulting measurements in 3D.
The A2 offers six scan functions, including 3D Ground Scanning, Live Scanning, Detector Quick Scan, Pinpointer Function, Detector Advanced Scan and 3D Ground Scanning Detector Mode. Results can be analysed using the Groundtech G-Portal app for Android and iOS.

The Groundtech A2-GEO includes the scanning and detection functions of the A2 and adds a geo-electric resistivity system.
This system measures differences in electrical resistance within the ground. Groundtech positions this technology for investigating larger underground structures such as cavities, tunnels, caves and possible groundwater sources.
The A2-GEO includes automatic and manual resistivity scanning, making it particularly suitable for users who want to investigate not only metal targets and magnetic anomalies but also broader geo-electric ground characteristics.
